Trip Summary
Yosemite National Park is a vast and beautiful natural wonder located in the Sierra Nevada mountain range of California, USA. The park is renowned for its stunning granite cliffs, towering waterfalls, diverse wildlife, and breathtaking natural scenery.
In this spectacular trip, we travel on the Ten Lakes trail from Tioga road in Yosemite’s high country. Weaving our way through forests and high alpine meadows, we travel up to Ten Lakes Pass with jaw-dropping views of the surrounding mountains. Once in the Ten Lakes basin, we set up our basecamp and spend several full days relaxing, recharging, and exploring the area.
From the Ten Lakes basin, you’ll have the option to challenge yourself with guided day hikes, stretch and do yoga on granite slabs, swim and bask in the alpine lakes, or simply sit in your hammock with a good book and even better views. All the while, your guides will be preparing you delicious meals so that all you have to think about is recharging and rejuvenating your soul with a well-deserved nature reset.

Activity, Fitness & Skills
This trip is rated Intermediate [3] although it is a relaxing time after the hike in. Your work is worth it as you will have the option for two rest days following the hike in.
Participants will be carrying their own backpacks weighing 30-40 pounds.
To maximize your enjoyment of the trip, we encourage you to participate in a training program before the trip. We recommend that your program includes training by hiking with a weighted pack.
This trip begins at an elevation of 7,500 feet. Our maximum elevation during the trip is Ten Lakes Pass at 9670 feet. If you are traveling from sea level, we recommend that you spend a night in the park at altitude before the trip. Staying well hydrated before the trip can also assist in mitigating altitude sickness.
Overall fitness is important to your enjoyment of the trip. The only thing taking your breath away should be the views!
